They have many yummy dishes, recommand to their soup dish, others also good, will be my choice if I come to buy groceries at 99 ranch nearby. Enjoy.

As a Sichuanese person who grew up surrounded by bold, spicy, and deeply flavorful cuisine-- Zhangs Bistro exceeded my expectations. From the very first bite, the flavors brought me straight back to my hometown. The dishes were incredibly authentic that only true Sichuan cooking can deliver. If you love spicy cuisines this is THE place for you. If you can't handle the spices, their menu also have other great alternative options that are equally just as good all with reasonable prices. Definitely check out this hidden gem right around the corner of the plaza. The service was equally outstanding. It's a small owned family restaurant-- Mr. and Mrs. Zhang along with their staff members were incredibly hospitable. As for the dining experiences, the restaurant beautifully captures the feeling of an old, traditional Sichuan family-owned eatery, with warm interior design that feels very nolstagic. It is a very cozy and welcoming enviromnent where you can comfortably sit back and enjoy great conversation with friends and family gatherings. Personally, when I have a busy day and have cravings for their food, I would order it for take out. If you choose the option for take out especially some of their authentic dishes, it WILL take a little longer to prepare, but that's because they are cooked properly and traditionally-- real Sichuanese food simply can't be rushed. So, in the end, the wait time is never an issue since I decided to always call ahead to place my order and pick it up myself. If they take the time to cook their cuisines, I know for sure Zhangs Bistro doesn't cut corners in preparing their fresh ingredients into preparing a genuine Sichuan cuisine done right. Highly recommended~ Keep it up Mr. & Mrs. Zhang and all the staff members! Will always be back!

Ate here several times - I get the dry fried green beans and mapo tofu every time, they’re so good!

If you are looking for authentic, great tasting Chinese food, then this is the place. Since we first decided to give this place a try, we have gone back 3 times. All 3 times, the food did not disappoint. Highly recommended!

I wanted to flame this place for taking 2 hours for my food on Christmas Day after telling me I could pick it up in 30 minutes, but unfortunately I waited and tasted what i had ordered. If you are a fan of American style Chinese food you will be disappointed. But if you like spicy, flavorful, freshly made food this is your place. The egg roll and crab rangoons were meh. The goat dry bowl I savored over 3 days just to enjoy it more. Pineapple shrimp rice was made with fresh pineapple. The glutinous rice was a perfect way to end the meal. I will be returning to dine in person and will know for the future to double the time given for take out orders.
